Straight-Time Pay

Straight-time pay is a compensation method in human resources where employees are paid a fixed hourly rate for all hours worked, regardless of overtime or irregular work hours.

Example
An employee earning $15 per hour is paid $15 for each hour worked, without any additional premium for overtime hours, weekends, or holidays. If they work 40 hours a week, they receive $600 ($15 x 40 hours).
