Sexual harassment

Sexual harassment is a term used in HR to describe unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or any other verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment. It is a form of workplace discrimination and violates an individual's right to a safe and respectful workplace. Sexual harassment can occur between individuals of different genders or the same gender.

Example
An example of sexual harassment is when a supervisor repeatedly makes explicit sexual comments or advances toward a subordinate, creating a hostile work environment. Another example could be an employee making unwanted sexual jokes or displaying explicit materials that make their coworkers feel uncomfortable and harassed.
