Productivity

Productivity refers to the measure of an employee's or a team's efficiency and effectiveness in completing tasks and achieving goals within a given time frame. It reflects the ability of individuals or groups to generate valuable output while minimizing resource wastage.

Example
If a software development team completes a project ahead of schedule and with fewer resources than initially allocated, their productivity is considered high. Conversely, if a team takes longer than expected to finish a project and requires additional resources, their productivity is low.
