Peer appraisal

Peer appraisal is a performance evaluation method where employees receive feedback and ratings from their colleagues or peers who work at the same level or have similar job responsibilities. It provides a broader perspective on an individual's performance and contributions. 


As part of the performance review process, each employee is asked to provide peer appraisals for their team members, evaluating their teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
