Organizational ethics

Organizational ethics is a set of ethical values and standards that are applied in an organization. It includes the rules and ethical principles that an organization must adhere to in all its activities, including business and human resource management.

Example
When a company has a policy of not tolerating any fraudulent practice in their business. Employees are trained in ethics and are responsible for reporting any violations. The company also has clear codes of ethics for its personnel management, including treating all employees fairly and not tolerating any discriminatory practices. All of these behaviors and rules reflect the company's ethical values and apply in all activities of the organization.
