Contingency Recruiting
Contingency Recruiting is a form of outsourced recruitment in which HR professionals only receive a fee when they find a suitable candidate for the company's required position. This is different from the headhunting service, in which the recruitment specialist is paid only when looking for qualified candidates for a senior or important position.

Example
If company A needs to recruit an accountant, they can use the Contingency Recruiting service and contact a recruitment company. The recruitment specialist will give a list of candidates who match the recruitment requirements of company A. If company A accepts one of these candidates and signs a labor contract, the recruitment company will receive A fee equivalent to 15% - 25% of the newly hired employee's salary. However, if no suitable candidate is recruited, the recruitment company will not receive any fee.
