Boolean search
Boolean search is a method of finding personnel recruitment information with Boolean logical operators such as "AND", "OR" and "NOT" to identify specific search criteria and narrow the search results sword.

Example
If a recruiter wanted to find candidates with marketing experience and living in New York City, they could use the term "Boolean search" and enter the keyword "marketing AND New York" into the search engine. Search results will only show candidates with both of these criteria in their profiles.
