This is the minimum salary that an employee will receive and is used to calculate other allowances such as insurance, 13th-month salary, bonus, and more.

 

A company pays for an employee position with a basic salary of 10 million VND/month, if that employee is entitled to allowances such as insurance, 13th-month salary, and bonus, then the employee's actual salary will receive will be higher than the base salary.
